The Data Science Applications Lab focuses on Domain Knowledge Representation, Explainable AI/ML-Based Time-Series Prediction, Generative AI, and Intelligent Decision Support. We aim to apply these AI and data science technologies to real-world problems across domains, including Finance and Economics, Digital Healthcare and Medical AI, Online Marketing, and Robotics. By integrating AI technologies with domain-specific data and expertise, we develop intelligent systems for prediction, reasoning, and interpretation to support practical decision-making.

데이터사이언스 응용 연구실의 주요 연구 분야는 **도메인 지식 표현(Domain Knowledge Representation), 설명 가능한 인공지능 기반 시계열 예측(Explainable AI-Based Time Series Prediction), 생성형 AI(Generative AI), 지능형 의사결정 지원(Intelligent Decision Support)**이며, 이러한 핵심 AI·데이터사이언스 기술을 실제 산업 문제에 적용하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 특히 금융·경제, 디지털 헬스케어 및 의료 AI, 온라인 마케팅, 로보틱스 등 다양한 산업 도메인의 데이터와 전문 지식을 AI 기술과 융합하여, 복잡한 현상을 예측·추론·해석하고 실질적인 의사결정을 지원하는 지능형 시스템을 개발합니다.
